I think one of the reason why a country doesn't like bitcoin could be because bitcoin is not traceable. They can't trace how much one person can have assets and people could evade paying their taxes in this way.

I'm sure that every country is different but all governments seem to agree they don't like cryptocurrencies. The main reason is the national currencies that they support till the end but while they support they also make horrible mistakes to devalue them and make them worth less and less every year. Bitcoin is worth more each year so they fear the effect this will have if it is become more adopted.

That is right and they do have the right to prevent the use of cryptocurrencies, they are real not good for the government almost all the criminals nowadays uses crypto it favors them so much so with all the good things that crypto brings there are bad ones, because humans are humans they always tend to to things the wrong way, we are not saints.

I think it's because of anonymous transactions, some of the transaction are illegal and contain "dirty" money. All people who doing illegal things, scamming or else is using only crypto and it's need to be stopped

The key point in this question, in my opinion that goverment of many countries isnt ready for such changes, but its a huge respect for those countries where you can easily pay with crypto, this is the future, i believe in it 😎

Still few % of people have heard of bitcoin, let alone its use and they are most using fiat, in some other countries they still use paper money, not trusting cards, especially electronic payments. These countries are likely missing out on potential gains from the legalization of cryptocurrencies, but government control over fiat and all banks should see perspectives in the future.

It is true but sooner or later all the countries of the world will have to start digitizing their economy, unifying with the most developed countries.

Been this question also circulating not only in this org. I think why some countries didn’t accept bitcoin because of the mentally of some rulers/government that bitcoin that can disintegration their authority.But anyways can still can’t stop people from doing it .
