I think it's impossible or simply it is not happening, because government won't allow it to happen and also many people are used in using fiat currency. Also crypto's value is not that stable so it might really affect the price of goods in the market.

Yes it may happen but still, there are some factors that crypto cannot defeat fiat money with, like fiat money is a stable currency and used to pay almost anything that is existing in this world, while crypto is not a stale currency and also it is not ideal for a cryptocurrency to be used as a payment method.
