Dear yes you are right. There are all beginners who are just posting in beginner. Because in my opinion the answers they know there is no need of research therefore they post in this forum. 

But i try to comment in all sections. So that i can't face any problem in this forum. So i advise all to comment in all sections so that they all know about all sections.
