If if any post has positive reputation as well as negative reputation together ?

My dear friend if the rating of your post is positive as well as negative then you never paid for those post. You only get paid on those post in which you have positive reputation . I think this is not  any  type of issue you just mention this on your post. Everyone know that we only get paid on positive reputation.

the average rating is calculated for the payment eliglibity. if the average reputation is above zero, you get payment from that post. if it is zero or below, your post is not eligible for payment. this is as simple as it gets. keep your posts interesting and you will get payed

Sometimes spammers also leave negative reputation at a good post. I think in this case we should read post and after that make any decision for that post. And having both kind of reputation the post I think considered as a neutral post.
