It's quite natural that people got jealous towards  succesful ones. Jelousy should be avoided since it doesn't help gaining anything.We should focus on our own purpose.we can definitely admire the people who are step ahead of us.we can definitely ask for advice .But never ever get jelous of them.because we have to focus on ourselves rather than others.

I never become jealous By looking at a senior member because Day and a lot of work to reach to this position and it give me hope and strength To do hard work and reach to that position that I want to achieve So we should not be jealous we should do hard work.
