When we visit new posts that we have not seen before, it is good that we are honest with the work that other people do and make a fair assessment, if we see that the posts are of high quality and we liked them, we can leave positive assessments, instead I think that the negative ones can be used when there is information that is not good or can be misleading.

Positive or negative reputation seems to be that when your post are not okay and there's some errors in it it we be rated as bad post or reputation and it may likely be deleted but as far as you post are good and sensible your reputation may be rated as good and we have look much in to our post or topics before we proceed in posting them.
