It is a new rule which states that newbies cannot make posts in those sections especially cryptowold because they don't have enough knowledge and experience about cryptowold and that is why they need to complete there 100 posts in other sections first before allowed to make posts in other sections.

You are actually right on this but begginers are not allowed to make posts in cryptowold section unless they have pass 100 valid posts in there profile and I like it that way because it will reduce useless contents.

My friend, I am still a new member and cannot enter some topics, and I knew the reason for this was that the first hundred posts were incomplete. After I complete the 100 posts, I will get the rank of member and after that I will be able to enter the rest of the topics. You just have to work hard and be patient. I'm a beginner here, and I think ( based on my knowledge ) that writing is not permissible for beginners because there are a number of compelling reasons : beginners don't have enough experience (unlike strong full-fledged members). 
While suspension is possible because it is simple and easy to apply for beginners (when following the instructions and adhering to the conditions imposed).

Its advisable for beginners like you to keep making  posts in the beginners section,because you can learn faster while operating there,in no time you'll know a lot about the cryptotalk forum, so I suggest you stay away from those sections fro now,in order to avoid making silly mistakes

Thanks for this helpful information and i think we must follows the rules and regulations in this cryptotalk forum, so you should write or posting, and comment here in beginners section because you have no experience about those so first make yourself able after that you will post comment in those section so try in a row in others sections.

I think you should complete 10 comments to be able to write posts in one section to another because they won't let you as long as you're a beginner in this forum you need a long time to be able to post in all sections.
