Agree with you dear friend but many new users creating new posts are on risk of deleting. May be are the useful posts but we have fear of deletion in this way we lost our useful comment too.

A great idea, but it is not easy to invent new ideas every day because, as you put it, rare and selecting them requires an effort of thinking. Most of the proposed topics are old and it is difficult to come up with a new idea every day.
