Is Bitcoin "tied" to the dollar? Is Bitcoin always going to "depend" on the Dollar or can its value be backed by any other currency?

Yes Bitcoin is highest paid digital currency. Cause it's a god father of crypto currency in the world. And this cause it's very highest paid digital currency in the world. Its important of the crypto currency world.

The "10 11" means anything? I would like to know if I am missing something. All the rest pointed in this post are correct and Bitcoin is indeed an open ledger but in a decentralized form that doesn't allow anyone changing what is recorded and verified.

I cannot agree that bitcoin is highest paid cryptocurrency, because all cryptocurrencies payment must be the same rate with others cryptocurrencies.

The bitcoin price is not only compared to USD, but the price can be converted to any local currency, for example bitcoin in my local currency is converted 1 BTC= 95,234,508 Tanzanian Shilling (Tzs).
