How Yobit Treat Their Customers

In regards to customer service, they do not have a live chat, well that is a downer. They do have a ticketing system, which if you ask me is not the best when it comes to these live trading websites. I tried to make a ticket just to test the expected resolution time frame but no luck

Sometimes yobit treats its Clients well since they ask how to do anything And other times it asks and they are always pending their Clients That is the good thing about Yobit ...

I have the same feeling friend, but without trying to justify those guys, maybe  this lack of attention, may be because yobit business is growing very fast and they are successful and perhaps ... a possible opinion of mine, perhaps, they are short-staffed, for the timely attention of customers, this kind of attentions  is prioritized in other businesses, is similar to say: "the customer is always right". As a general rule, I like to give the best treatment to my clients, that will make me more successful; as I said at the beginning, I expose here a theory, the truth, of the lack of attention, I don't know why happen it.

So far when it comes to customers service on yobit l once have a problem with my account the replied me within 24 hours and also if l have the problen or any questions Dan always help on telegram so far no complaint with yobit so fa so good

I have not had any problem with yobit,s platform. The times I had a little trouble, I write by chat service with them and they solved. Yobit treats good it's costumers.

Technical support for Yobit complains about a lot, when I look at the chat of the site in all languages, I find people wondering about the slow response to technical support to them and their inquiries, or that they do not respond at all, and these are among the weaknesses of the site that they must work to develop because it is a big company and a source of trust Some people have and deal with large capitals, and when something goes wrong, the user must feel safe and reassured by the technical support.

they are very pottential about their customers, they always try to make good projects for their user to star trade . so i can say yobit exchange really care about their customers. their support team always ready to help their customers.

Personally, he has treated me very well, I have had no problem with yobit and the online support works, or at least for me.
Also yobit always has good projects that make its users have very good benefits, I am not complaining about Yobit is a very good exchange.

to chat with yobit customer service, you can choose the support menu, then you send your message there, wait 1x24 hours, yobit will reply to your message, or you can live chat, in the chat column on the right, you can chat the moderator, usually their names are colored, however, moderators are not always online, usually they are online during certain hours

Yobit i think very professional company, services is good, relates to customers very good.  My opinion Yobit one of the best.

Yobit's treatment with the participants in all its promotions and services is excellent due to the diversification of information through its different media such as Forums, Bots and Chat rooms, I hope it continues like this for the good of the whole Yobit community

You have to keep in mind that currently the service must be collapsed due to the amount of people that are in the forum at this time. It's true. A platform like Yobit should have a live chat always. Because the people always face some kinds of problems with their cryptocurrencies. And to solve that problem,they need an answer but the yobit doesn't really give that opportunity. That's why the ticketing system is not quite preferable.I hope it will become responsive like the Cryptotalk forum.

customer rating i give 4 stars, i once lost 2fa and i was asked certain questions, i answered correctly and my ticket was resolved, but some users ask unneccessary questions.

There is a live chat on yobit. And so I did not find any problems with the exchange. In the chat, moderators respond quickly, there is also a chat in different languages

Yobit"s customer service is great  I have no complaints about it , if by any achance you experience an issue in your account just send a ticket and that"s it responses are way quickly

The same sentiment is with friends, but without trying to prove their justification, maybe this lack of attention, maybe because the Jobat business is growing very fast and they are successful and probably... One of my possible opinions, perhaps they are less staff, is that the focus is given to other businesses, such attention is given to other businesses, in the same way: "Customers are always right." As a general rule, I prefer to give my clients the best treatment, which will make me more SUC.

Me too yobit has been so good for me since I started using their exchange I never faced any challenge that required me to contact the support team it's for this reason I have no much experience with the customer service there and in my opinion I think it was suppose to have a live chat at the website.

Well there is a telegram channel of yobit. You would know if you join the Yoda airdrop or yodollar airdrop. There you will get instant replay from the support team. But no doubt the response is good as my experience. Because there I always get quick reply from the admin related to the yobit exchange.

Talking from my personal experience I have never experienced difficulties while communicating with yobit customer care unit, yobit is trying in resolving issues if tender appropriately. While lodging complaint let make sure we express or describe the challenge for easy understanding.
