I think you can follow them on social media. You can subscribe to the newsletter. Hopefully all the wallets in Line Media use some of their subscribers and some used phone to reach to send notifications. Try searching and ask another currency customer if they know you may be missing something.

In my views it's non custodial wallet you can get to your funds through private keys provided to you. In my opinion it will never close as it's demand is high and user use it with full safety. I'd addition to this if you want to get latest update you may follow them on social media as they update any important information about them on media.

I do not think that there is any respectful wallet that will close down without a warning first, check with your email that you registered with , they must have sent you a notice about the subject , and they must give you a period to transfer your Cryptos into another wallet, if they have not done these things then they are a scam and you money is gone.
