I dont think so that I  need a writer.  In this forum there are some rules and regulations. According to the rules and regulations your comment must be related to post and hundred character minimum. Dont copy form another post. Make useful, relevant, informative content. Never stop learning. Gather knowledge and skill.

You make a very important observation dear because I think that the level of test to examine the new members should be made more thougher as that will help in reducing the rate accepting spammers in the forum, this is my thought on this dear.

You are right fam, I think there should be a very stipp test for those that join the forum which will be use to access them before they will start their work for earning, and this will also prevent the forum from paying the spammers, I welcome this idea dear.

With all due respect I do not think it is a good idea because if that were as you say it would take away the opportunity for many beginners to enter the forum and participate in the pay-per-post campaign, and this forum is distinguished by the opportunity it gives to new people to learn.

Yes you are absolutely right mate. I agree with your suggestion. Most of the members are facing this issue. Most of the members are trying to disobey this forum by making irrelevant posts or doing copypaste as they have no self content. So administration needs to take an action against such scammers.

It is good idea but sometimes admins assign some people here in cryptotalk to monitor this forum to keep this forum healthy. In every section there is assigned people to monitor that certain section.

That everyone should have a chance, maybe one at the beginning is not good but with the passage of time and experience can become a very good writer Will they get better results if they interview the writers.  Instead of taking anyone, you should have them write 10 or 20 test posts, rate them on their performance, and then they can post for money.  It will stop a lot of spammers getting paid, and you can get to know how to write a person
 For a while and then they look at the good writers on the forum and hire them to write them and stop paying the rest.  This is a forum policy, and we do not know their opinion.

No this will not help at all. A spammer can write a huge number of posts before starts spamming. And this aite shouls be open and stays open, this is an internet forun not a journal or newspaper to let only writers to write here.

You are right admin or moderator should test to the people that they are able to work or not. I think 100 1st post as test to able the work or not. This not a worry for keep the writer.

sir this is not good for the forum because how many people work on the forum earning and reputation of the forum increase. if they keep the number of people as a writer. user become low and its traffic will be low and their earning also low. If i am wrong then guide me.'.
