Why should we hire writers when we all know what these forum is made of, the suggestion is not welcome on my point of view because it might attract pays to the writers (what then happens) to those that wants to hired a writer.

They can't make a test for members and again see what they post really it's a very hard work and it's needs more admin than now,they can just verify new post and delete or autorize what they want

Yaa your point is good but it's not good for forum . Admin may be want to give a chance to newbie members and obviously they are doing well to make this forum good .after reaching a good amount of member then admin may be took test type system to signup a new user .

The users are not putting some efforts in the posts because  they are earning nothing special for that if the forum is willing to pay few dolla ler post to a professional  they should pay the members more to do this.

talking about crypto writers, i think its not really that necessary as having to create contents here, as you can actually create contents just by having to interprete a news  which is crypto related as having to go making something new might be harder

Some are in learning phase , some are in.struggling phase that do their best to be useful & some are experts of crypto. They all are in a chain with each to help each other for the progress of forum & for the progress of members .

According to me hiring someone for  cryptotalk as a writer i,s not a good thing because everyone in this forum is doing their work according to their strength and I know with the passage of time the things will gone good but the new members ,the brand's, the newbies, all are trying their best but with the passage of time ,with experience they will go through the things and I think they will provide the good material as you are expecting from them.

Hello there mate ,I think that's already there ,the first 100 comments posted are used to to recognise a members writing style and check whether it's a  bot.In case reports you they can check your original 100 post and come to conclusion on banning you.hiring writers would be just been efficient here online we can gather information from different parts of the world from different people on a direct base I don't think that it would be this efficient.

I think they have to create a new evaluating way or a new criteria because in my case for example, I am from Venezuela but they say the quality of articles of Venezuelan people is too bad. But There are people from Venezuela that know a lot about cryptocurrency and things related. I would like to participate in a process in order to have the opportunity to write. Dear friend , members at this forum pass through many different phases or ranks as they are given different titles, you cannot expect a newbie to write in a professional way as a full member, but with time he will acquire experience and work more professionally, as for those who keep posting nonsense , I think that the moderators will spot them and handle them well.

@on1k3n Absolutely this is a great idea but moderators solved this problem in another way such as they enable newbies to create almost 100 useful posts to familiarize themselves with the forum features together with its rules and regulations in order to qualify for the earnings as we know that forum rules and regulations guide each forum member on how to participate and interact with other members to make the forum secured from online frauds, scammers and spammers so fail to obey the rules then your account will get banned for a life time

Still u have a good but I think as long as I know the moderators have done thier job very well. Thousands of post are deleted on daily basis as they are illogical and useless and I think people should work hard otherwise they would not be paid

I think that the subject should not be dealt with too strictly .. especially beginners, they publish bad content at the beginning due to the lack of experience and knowledge in the field .. but after time they will inevitably become better .. It is very difficult to do this. Because it is not easy for the admins to take interview of all members. There is also a solution that the admins should check all the members on a daily basis and if any mistake is found then this member should be blamed for it.
