Thank you so much for this great analysis. I have heard people saying not your keys not your coins. I understand that now and why private keys are very important to us. The private key means we are the only ones responsible for our cryptocurrencies. It has downsides too, as we have to be on alert for any scams so we have to be very careful not to visit websites from emails we get. I have also read about the Electrum update scam so probably better update the wallets very carefully and do research before.

That's right private keys are is the safest way for us but  i usually use exchanger wallets for storing my assets because sometimes i am trading it, but if you have much more amounts you should hold it in your safe wallet with having a private key. I am using trustable exchange wallets but those exchangers can get hacker attack but i don't have too much assets and it's okay for me.
