I will disagree but only to a point. An exploit to make code work differently from what it was supposed is illegal in all countries. If there is financial gain from this or damage to the other party then in every country there are laws.

Hi, I think you have to be careful when investing in Defis 4 out of 5 are scam in my particular case I have made more than 15 defis airdrops and none have paid me the last one the project called DefiGold which is already classified as scam.

True, a lot of defis are a scam. According to recent reports, new DeFi exchanges have contributed some 21% of the total volume of crypto-related crime in 2020. The amount of stolen assets is staggering - $99.2 million worth of assets have been stolen or laundered. And that was back in 2020. Considering how much DeFi has grown now it's probably even more. Under such circumstances I think it is very prudent to deal with any DeFi projects with caution - some have a lot of potential, but as a whole the industry is not safe. ;(
