Here the new members don't get the full guidance which they should be given on our behalf , but we are the one who make them at the stage of getting warning points. I can suggest that rather than giving them negative points we should give them guidance and told them where they are wrong or right

That was a very sad reality were every member here are not helping each other, when they saw a brand new or newbie that make a post and the post is not good to so that they just bullied them by giving negative rate instead of helping or correcting. When I was beginner here in forum, the first thing that I did is to browse some basic information about the forum that I belong so that I will have a basic knowledge about it. Asking a question in forum is not wrong but we need that our question that we made is reasonable to everyone.
