I have also notice that some exchange do not allows specific countries to do trading.  Because  some countries  banned  crypto talks  currently,  so stock  exchange also restricted  that countries  users or public.

I think restrictions are done by governement. Cryptoworld has just now evolved and people and government are not cryptofriendly in a developing countries. So,maybe this causes restrictions and so many people are unknown and known are also deprived of getting easy access.
