I think English is an international language and people use it a lot. Russian sections are being used more and more. Because a lot of Russians work on this platform. I don't know much about it but I only use English and I find it easy. I also like this platform in the sense that working on it will make me start learning Russian. Anyone who likes the section according to its choice can use it.

In my opinion in russian section  members use their local  language that's why they easily create useful posts and content in their forum . And in English section allowed whole world and many people in English section don't members not good in english  language . In  this way russian section is good to english section .

It all depends on the audience. As the forum is also Russian based they might have promoted it in a good way there at local level. But there is no way of promoting it to the English audience..

Yes I think that is because there are so many russians that is always active amd they have coordiantion and cooperation withe each other so that the russian section is much more online our section but if you know how to speak russian language then you can join there.
