Editing your own topic takes too much time

hello . Actually I write and post my posts and comments and I don't receive any warnings. but Even when you want to edit a topic you have already posted, you have to wait for 180 seconds just like you are making another posts. for me this is a proplem I think that timer should be removed from editing as it doesn't serve any purpose.

The timing process which the group admins have adopted  is more on having to make our visits here in this forum to be longer as such we can easily tend to spend time on the forum as to which we can get exposed to more topics which other creators contribute on the community.  More as well i am still learning the basics still of the site. Hopefully i learn alot

Yes dear you are right when we create a topic then we should to care about spelling mistakes and sentences because if we make mistakes then we get warming point so we should to work with caring . And I always try to my post submit when I reread.

When we create a topic then we should to care about topic content we should to write useful and Informative content. And 1stly we make research about our topic then we can create after confirming this. We should to care about this problem.

Editing is time consuming from what you just mentioned. That is why I try to think about what I am going to write and without going so fast, because mistakes can happen, that is why we need to be patient when making comments, we really want to take care of the spelling and writing so that the ideas are better understood.

Yeah, you're right. it's a little annoying and time-wasting. I think the site is programmed to wait for time, but we don't need that. 
It leads to slow work. specialists should review it and improve it.

Similarly, the issue  of creating topics needs alot of time. That is time consuming cause there's lots of mistakes in the proces for you will need to finish writing your topic, take some time to read it to avoid some mistake which is time consuming.  At time you even go via it thinking you've corrected every thing, end up still making some small mistakes

Works for you. Most of us who are newly introduced to this site still find some difficulties. Its not about the gramma, its about where to start, and how to start  even though mistake are common in the process some of us still dont know where to re-edit posts after posted  that's because we are still learning.an i know there's lots of stuffs i've learn here

Thanks.  Even though i haven't encountered that yet cause im still new. Guess there's gonna be some challenges along the way . And still i encounter that, i guess  i do more research on that issue so to be able to handle the situation when it arises

Since your already aware of some of the problems, its just to avoid them by going via your text back before posting an if there's any changes to be made, then do.

I face this problem twice, but i didn't waited too long, it was only 79 seconds for me! I think its just like normal, we have to wait 3 minutes to submit another content..

Really it takes too much time so i suggest you all members that we should not create topics in the beginning because in the beginning we don't have too much knowledge and experience then we create useless and meaningless content for this platform. Firstly we should get knowledge and experience from this platform then we should create our own topics.

Actually, it is a great idea because sometimes there may be spelling or grammatical errors that we may not notice until after the response. I hope that there is a solution by amending it

I modified one of my posts and were able to publish two minutes later, and I was not asked to wait for more time, because the annotation does not count as a comment, you are held accountable for the period in which you published the comment.

I'm agree with you ,I also face this problem, we want to edit our topic due to mistake in spelling and fast typing and after posting when we find mistakes then we cannot correct it before 6 minutes.

I never encountered this problem in the cryptotalk platform so I might not know the way to handle this, but I think we need to avoid making silly mistakes during the creation of topics and comments so as to avoid such situations, this is my thought on this.

True. I have seen such a problem before, it is really annoying. There are mistakes that you make in a hurry and you can only correct them after a period of time, and often in the meantime, members have accessed the post and saw the errors before fixing it.  In my opinion, the period should be canceled .

So, I don't know why your own situation is kind of different from what I have experience while editing my own topic, after I edit a topic, it doesn't take me a minute to submit, so I don't know why you're is taking time .

Hello ,I am not see any of a problem like that but this mean that if this was a problem when the member made this post then this is corrected and we are now in a very better,with less problems. I am very happy to see if this problem was corrected that the forum is taking the good advice the member here are giving.

No I did not face such problem because I did not edit the topic after writing it, but I think this is a good in order to give users enough time to read thoroughly the topic again and again to make correction.

We are just editing the topic not creating new topic.I think alive admins should take action in and remove the time period for editing a topic or a comment.

It seemed to me that the reason why editing of topics takes longer time when compared to editing of replies is because the stages in which topics undergo before they are being approved is more than the stages and processes in which replies undergo.
