With the constant mining of Bitcoin and all the people bringing the latest version of miners which are really strong and powerful , so they are able to do mining in a more efficient way that the other miners and since the mining is supposed to be slower with time , here rises a kind of conflict, and this makes a fork in the Bitcoin because it creates new version of it that is not the same like the old one but it is still a Bitcoin.

I had no idea about it, I searched and knew that hard fork is an incompatible change with previous versions in the digital currency protocol, and this means that nodes that are not updated to the new version will not be able to process transactions or pay new blocks. Also, a hard fork can be used to change or improve an existing protocol or even to create a new, independent protocol or blockchain.

Actually I have not any authentic knowledge and experience of this thing. But as far as I know the Hard fork means the splitting or something into parts. In simple words example of Bitcoin it has two folds effect blockchain. When is in the form of currency another in the form of Bitcoin cash.

Very good question is what is your hard work, according to my experience and my thinking, hard work means hard work is the name of working hard for any mission. For example, if I am doing cryptocurrency on the platform, if I work hard on it with max hours, then I may earn a lot in the coming years, but if I do not work hard you will not achieve anything.
