Yes I have also faced the same issue when i have create the account in 2020 that the btc send button was not working our earning were collected but we can not transfer it into the balance, i dont know what is the reason behind this but I have left the work that time but my friend tells me that it was reopen and we can send our money.

I don't know why my bitcoin isn't transferring to bitcoin balance but it will surely get solved automatically after some time. The same issue was happened previously and also solved automatically after passing done time.
