Currently there are many andriod emulators for pc and I in particular have used one that has been one of the most stable, the project is called DELTA which is very good

Its architecture is based on Android 9 and is very good

You can customize it and it allows you to do anything as if you had a mobile

It does not require many specifications and however if you have more than 4 GB in a laptop it would be much better and it would run better

There are many applications that you can use, but for me I use bluestack and it is very good. However, It's not good for low ram pc's . If you are using computers with 8 Gb RAM then bluestack is perfect for you.

One of Android's emulators that I know and use is the "BlueStacks".

I recommend it because it's easy to use and dinamic.

 

The requeriments of the app:

Operational System: Windows 

Processor: Intel and AMD processor

RAM: Your PC must have at least 2GB of RAM

HDD: 4GB of disk space

You must be an administrator on your PC.

Updated graphics drivers from Microsoft or the chipset vendor.

Yes you can use emulators to play games but the working depends on RAM your pc have. If your pc doesn't have enough RAM then it will slow down your PC performance so you can select emulator according to specification of your pc.

I have been using bluestacks and it is one of the best ones out there in field of android emulators. It is well optimised and has a simple interface. Hello, you should use a game loop, it is a very good emulator, it is very fast and it can run almost every game in the play store. Specially pubg mobile, free fire, call of duty  mobile, etc...

I used to download bluestack on my computer. It's a very good emulator, the problem is that you need a good computer to use it, because it needs good RAM and a good processor so that the pc does not freeze, if you have a good computer I recommend that one, although i don't mind you try another one depends on your requirments.
