Cryptocurrencies are different from fiat currencies or gold,wherein there are no physical coins,paper notes or precious thing that exist,which you can keep in the bank or wear it.

Their value depends only on such factors and one of this is the demands or sentiments of the people, so since there's no physical thing that exist,your investments can be wiped out and lose money in just a snap specially if you are lacking in knowledge. And although it is based on blockchain technology,and even how we keep to be safe as we wanted to be there still risk in the security as online world are full of scammers.

Some of us get swayed by the high return will we get from investing to cryptocurrency without knowing some of it are scam. Before doing anything we need to make a research first about the company or investment we will try, so that we could avoid to be a victim of a scam, don't easily get baited by the high returns like in just a couple of weeks you investment will be doubled meaning if it is good to be true then better to not try it.

@Ms.o Best topic for beginners like me who have very little or no knowledge of Crypto currency investment. You have explained it with your title of the topic. Beginners in the field of Crypto investment are not aware of its volatility and they could not differentiate it with Fiat currency and do invest high amount, as they lack knowledge and patience and could not overcome their emotions, they take risks and get there money lost in just a single sanp. Later on, they call crypto investments a bad thing as they were unsuccessful in it.

It's because the way we are taking them in crypto world. When some people talk to them about cryptocurrencies , they describe it as he can easily get rich by investing here. Those people then invest here without knowing other thinks and face loses.
