According to the article the virus outbreak is one of the factors that cause a major push to the recent bullish movement of bitcoin. I believe what you have stated is true. Due to the corona virus, many people lose their jobs resulting to the increase in online source of incomes, and one of which is cryptocurrency and btc. With the sudden bulling, I think it is to attract more prospects.

The coronavirus was looking bad and while I was hoping that Bitcoin wouldn't be affected, it still was because some stupid whales thought it was going to zero and while having bought at prices higher than 4k they sold even at a loss. I don't understand these whales nor I want to but I hope they are gone and lost money all this time they kept the price lower with the washtrading and fake bear market they created.
