Yeah bro I always convert to my BTC and talk tokens in the US dollar the first and then I withdraw it.

The fee are the commission of withdrawing the US dollar that is very low you can easily withdraw the US dollar also because it is the most acceptable currency in whole the world.

And the exchanges of the US dollar is also easily available everywhere in the world.

Ok, I will help you with that, I have the same problem at the beggining becuase is too much change 10,000 satoshis however if you can change the talk token to BTC is good but you need to change after that to LTC, this has the most cheapness one comission I will add a screen shot to see. Also you can camparate in the ltc calculator is nothing lest than 0.03 usd. If you dont have10,000 satoshis, even you can change very simple, fisrt go to change the talk token to doge coin after this go to change dogecoin to ltc, very easy.. the best way enjoy.

Withdrawals through Bitcoin have high transfer fees.

I will tell you which coin will be better for you and convert your Btc payment in which coin, So you have to convert your satoshi into usd dollars or you can also convert in to ltc and then sent it to another wallet for withdraw.
