In my opinion it is very risky, as you indicate it may rise in price but it can also drop in price so much that you will not even be able to get rid of the currency, here the issue is if the project is interesting and manages to provide that interest to the market no matter how much they say that they are new projects that you want to capitalize on if they don't have a good marketing plan, even if it is the cure for cancer, the price will not reflect its value as a project.

why don't you do your homework? check out the coin whitepaper, team, website, etc... things don't just resume to price and volume...

If you want quick profits, yes, but remember, as there is little volume, the price is manipulable and whoever has many coins will decide if it goes up or down is a good way to make money but it has more risk

Most of the coins pumps happens only by chance there is no real way to determine if a coin is going to pump or dump and in case of low volume coins most of them dumps never to recover.. That is from my experience.

Not all low volume coins are bad some could be in development phase. All you need to do is to get all the relevant information about coins before buying.

Never try your luck with a dead coin(project). You'll be stuck with your cheap "bags".

If you’re looking for long term investing with (relatively) stable returns, a coin with a higher trading volume would be better since the prices are more stable. If you’re talking about the impacts of the trading volume on a given coin, the answer should be obvious. The higher trading volume a coin has, the better it is as more people know about the coin and are at least trading it, if not using it for some sort of actual purpose of some sort.
