Besides Bitcoin the rest altcoins just give a promise of decentralization, just as the original post states. Litecoin, Bitcoin Cash, XRP are not decentralized. A large number of them have interesting and innovative projects, the problem is that they depend too much on the price of Bitcoin, so sometimes their projects take a back seat when it comes to investments.
