Do not underestimate the beginners of this forum

Yes dear i am also new biggener on this forum . Its very bad thing to get underestimate to new bi on this forum. Most of the senior could not give positive rating to the new bigginner posts or content. Due to which they disheart due to not giving positive rating and at last leave this forum. So its duty of our senior to told us about every thing of this forum and give positive rating.
