@Abuabdullahi yes, you are right because topic is what users often find here in the forum. If the topic is good and got their interest plus it is useful and informative, people will really give reaction and rates to that depending on the satisfaction they have on the topic. So, now that you have noticed that thing, create post that is useful enough and best of luck because right now, reputation and rates are the main source of earning here in the forum.

Yeah I also noticed that one, so if you want to get a lot of reputation or likes better to make a great topic and it is advisable to make a post once a week in that way you could greatly contribute to the forum. I will make a topic once I finish the compulsory posts which is the 100 posts. Also I have noticed that the topic that have most like is the topic that about the motivation and other related stuff, so better to make one also.

A good reputation will come only when the topic is given good information.If the topic is good information and the quality is good then we will definitely get good reputation which will increase our income.
