For good reputation, it is necessary to write your own topics?

Well if you want to create topics it is fine but you should ensure that it is not a topic that is already existing. Only crate new topics and don't apply anyone's topic. You don't have to create a topic to get reputation so focus on creating good posts as that would also give you good reputation.

Yes mate, we should make an unique topic for this forum so that we can avoid having some duplicate topics which can cause of deletion. If you will get some ideas on internet, kindly put some credits and make sure that you will paraphrase it and put some of your own words about to the topic to be accepted by the moderators.
