Yeah, sir, you're right because we can all concentrate on our work and not be jealous of other messages, because if we're going to focus on our work than we're going to be effective in this place, so if we're going to focus on other work than we're not going to be able to do our work because performance comes from hard work. I can't relate to what you say , thankfully. I have never felt the urge to be jealous of a senior member from the forum. On the other hand , whenever I see an elder who has got thousands of posts and even better reputation, I get motivated and feels I need to work as hard as them and one day be a proud elder here. But I have to say that I would never hesitate even for a moment to put a negative rating on a topic I believe is not inside the framework of the forum even if the post owner is a well established elder here.
