Positive and neg negative ratings are the main part for earning. if your post got negative rate in average then your post will count as useless post and you willnot receive any payment for those negative rated post. If the average of your post got positive ratings then you will be paid 200 satoshi and 10 talk for each post

Now with the new payments system in the btc the reputation and the likes also makes difference, if you do not get like on your post you would not be able to get paid for it and if you get negative like in that case you would not get paid too.
