SBI has already partnered with MoneyTrap,

Are you sure there is a company called MoneyTrap? Do you perhaps mean MoneyGram, because having a company named MoneyTrap wouldn't go anywhere, and nobody was going to invest in it, or use any of their services.

SBI is a major partner that supported Ripple during this time of the lawsuits coming from the SEC and Ripple could be rebased to Japan but their main focus is the USA market.

The headquarters of Ripple should be in San Francisco but if something goes wrong then they can reallocate to Japan, where they have the top partners and some kind of acceptability. In the USA it seems that the regulators want to put a fine on Ripple and ask for some millions, maybe 20-50 but will also ask for commitments, perhaps a release of the XRP held by Ripple or some kind of change in the way it runs the business to allow it. Ripple as it stands today it is doing it all illegally in the USA.

I think that Japan is the country that most understands the current economic reality, as it attracts and adopts every technological and economic development. This is the reason for its economic success, as it does not stand in the way of the economic revolution but rather accompanies it
