No collect them immediately. Look what happened when payment stopped for a month, people got worried to lose their money in case they got banned. Now of course you shouldn't be worried if you are following the rules but it is better to withdraw once you earn.

As to investing in TALK, you should be careful and ask an expert about it. For me, I am not investing in it, but I might be mistaken.
