Exactly brother we shouldn't just start criticising newbies just for making some beginning mistakes. Rather we should try to help them and make them correct their mistakes. That is how they will learn and will not make mistakes in future. By giving negative reputation straigh forward without pointing out what their mistake is, they will never know why they got negative feedback and will get discourage by it. We should always try to make polite comments on newbies to motivate them and encourage them.

We can criticise any post that is not useful or informative. We can always share our views on others posts wether positive or negative but we should use this feature in wrong way. We shouldn't criticise good quality topics out of jealousy. If a member is working hard we should appreciate his work but if someone is cheating or making useless posts continuously then we should probably criticise him in comments or in the shape of giving him negative reputation.

There are specific rules for this problem. If a topic already exists on the forum site and we make it publish again then by rules the moderators will delete it. Now sometimes it can happen without our knowledge that a specific topic is already on the forum. But if we keep doing this again and again then the moderators might ban us from here. So always try to search here that what you are posting isn't already posted by someone else because it counts as cheating and cheating leads to ban on this site.

You have determined the very difference between daily work and working on this platform like working here, we have the choice to choose when to work and can divide our time of work. But working out there in real life is also good and can be even greater than working here. Because here we can become keyboard experts and get experience but out there we truly get experience in real meaning and that is something I'll choose working outside than working on this forum. But still being a student this platform is best for me for the next few years and I can count on it.

But also we can gain information from here that we can not gain from anywhere else because this platform is consist of many professional traders and they share useful stuff about trading here. So we can learn from them without any fee.

Yes I have recommended this to one of my friends and also helped him in creating the account. But he didn't followed the rules and got banned shortly after. So for everyone who invites new members to this forum please make them aware of the forum rules because they might also get banned from here without knowing the reason. We are required to follow the rules strictly here and also warn others to do the same.
