yes friend,this forum enable us to make useful and educative posts capable of increasing other members in knowledge,but we can never learn if the members don't post contsructive and informative posts,but unfortunately some of the members don't focus on making useful post anymore but at the end they'll still get positive reactions,which is wrong,because when such people get positive ratings for making such useless post then they'll never change,but when we give them negative ratings they'll surely change,so i suggest we should play fairness while making reactions

You are absolutely right gee,  in addition to evaluating members who have useful topics a negative evaluation so that they are not exposed, So it is good for us when we see such topics we report them. it will prevent you from interacting for a short period, so pay attention and try to interact positively with the posts that deserve.

There are posts in the forum that have a lot of content and is enriched with information, these content must be given a positive rating as users strive to upload quality content for us. Therefore, people who are cheating and do not have good content in their publications, but have a positive score, have to help so that they do not do it again or as a last option report it if they do not want to understand that this is a respectable forum.

Cheating is the against from these forum rules and regulations because some people getting reputation by cheating some people's post are not too good and not fulfill requirement of the 100 characters then these post having +2,+3,+5 reputation points. It is big cheating and this cheating will block your account.

Yes my friend it is so true. I also have seen that posts which could be in a single line and have gotten +5 reputations. It is totally cheat rating which have two reasons from my thinking, it may be given by himself from his own second account, or be given by the new members who doesn't know about the rules of 100+ words. Surely there is no doubt that anyone who is guilty of cheating to get reputation on his or her posts will definitely be sanctioned by getting his or her account banned.
