Each of the miners deploy their power towards ensuring a sound block. In minning pool, the output is normally divided between the miners according to their effort towards the minning process which is an evidence of their input. While solo mining only involves just one person having to do the mining all by yourself alone, you don't have to join a pool when it come to solo minning and no helping hands is needed as well and you get to earn your rewards yourself without having to share with no one.

@JanBomCrypto As far as I can make out about this post & pool, you have to already have a miner to participate in the mining pool. He does give you a link where you download miners for windows & linux, from git hub. It might be interesting. Ive used Miner Gate in the past but it has server problems recently & rarely hooks up to mine. I always get a server error msg. I am now trying Nice Hash miner. But Nice Hash has a KYC policy which I dont like, so I doubt I will ever mine using Nice Hash.
