So this wallet can be used in Philippines only, I don't know this wallet wether its good or not, but I think bitcoin wallets should be made for all people around the world not just for a specific region

It’s not just a wallet its a payment gateway where-in you can use coins ph on your daily transaction such as paying bills, reloading mobile phones credit, sending money(through western union and local remittance centers), buying tickets and etc. almost all types of transactions are supported. Because of this coinsph is not just a wallet. And since there is a money-fiat involve they have to comply with the bank regulations that makes it limited to philippines only.

That wallet is just for resident in the Philippines. If you are living in the Philippines you can create this wallet, but if you are outside in the Philippines, no need to create an account.
