Why is that bitcoin price is not influencing other coins?

Not all suffer, but some do suffer because they are anchored to the price of BTC, but there are cryptocurrencies that already have their own network and demand, so their purchase and sale is not affected by BTC.

Bitcoin is independent of other cryptocurrency, and all other currency price depend on demand and supply in the market for the price to rise or dumps but no one can have control of any cryptocurrency price.

Actually it is all about the stabiltiy of bitcoin prices. And also increase wtih stability actually. When bitcoin take a sudden jump upwards or downwards then market got depressed. But when bitcoin rises slowly and steady then all other coins rises with the bitcoin.

This is normal because almost everyone convert their crypto balance to BTC to benefit from it then after it reached a high price the liquidity start turning to the alts causing them to increase in price and after than it goes to the other coins  , after that it goes back to BTC

Sometimes this happen to bitcoin to be rising alone without influencing other coins, this is due to bitcoin only to be having high demands from new investors.

I think bitcoin affects altcoins a lot, if the price of bitcoin goes up, other altcoins go up too. If there is a decline in bitcoins then other altcoins will also go down. Most of the cryptocurrencies and altcoins move depends on the movement of BTC, the problem with altcoins is that little money enters compared to what enters BITCOIN when the movement is going up because it is safer and more profit is generated, the altcoins when the price of BTC falls, investors try to sell everything they have in it because they know that if BTC falls the altcoins will also fall, they always refer to BITCOIN when selling altcoins.

You're wrong there mate, Bitcoin is also affecting other cryptocurrency and just last month Ripples piggy backed on Bitcoin's bull run. Though it did crash, but that was because there's an issues between Ripples and SEC. Also, you could see dips on lots of altcoin when Bitcoin is rising.
