Why is the Platforms closed, even if it is not hacked?

Now a days the increase of hacking attacks really scare the people even I become very vigilant after good exchanges hacking. So for me their could be many reason one could be trading volume of exchanges does meet their target and they are not aware of the fact they will not gonna run for long time if they keep up so they fold their business. Their could be dispute between partners of an exchange or not getting support from country where they are operating. Their could be any reason but the final decision is made up by considering their future achievement. The binance like big exchange even close their Korean branch after low volume.

In my opinion, the real reason is that there are a lot of fraudsters in the crypto world, so no one trusts the trading platforms or the new portfolios that are being created, so the trading platform will lose if no one uses it, and it certainly will not continue to lose, and it is very difficult to gain confidence in Binance. Kucoin, Bitmax, Bittrix and other exchange platforms.

I also assume that security costs, combined with low volumes as a result of fierce competition, are the primary reasons for exchanges closing down. With more experience, older exchanges can more effectively cope with low volatility and trading volumes.

You are wrong my dear. Nobody wants to go to break the law, steal from others break in their systems and end being arrested by the police and spend time in jail. Beacuse even the top hackers they know they can make one mistake, some of the applications may not work and they will be found. The names are found as every criminal always leaves something behind.

May be those exchange sites failed to get attention of people and to impress it's users. That's why they were unable to get profit so may be they closed their sites.
