These are good tips to know about and it can help but I don't understand what is the meaning of having seven minutes between writing a new post, this is a lot of time I think and it is just will make us bored and we need to have some speed in our actions, I would prefer the timer to be lower too but it is just fine for me at three minutes.

the rules at that time were a bit harder than now and it's great to see they made it easier for members so everyone can work whenever they want but at the same time still no easy actions are made against spammers who reduce the forum quality , taking a look at rules from time to time is important to make sure we don't miss a rule and do against it which will lead us to  warning points issues
