Litecoin as well as anything else that is a decentralized cryptocurrency doesn't need to be legal or regulated. These come for more adoption that the previous investors thought would help them make more money. I don't care for regulations either as I will be using the crypotcurrencies no matter what. The problem is with the ban of crypto from some countries. There we have a problem as someone can be jailed for just using a cryptocurrency.

You say that litecoin is legal but is it everywhere? There are countries it is not legal so the short answer is that this question doesn't contain regional differences. In most of the free world Litecoin is legal and nobody will tell you not to use it. It is a fork of Bitcoin and a cryptocurrency that helped the creator made millions after selling everything he had so you judge if you have hopes for this coin when its founder did not.

as i understood from your topic then you should talk about all cryptocurrencies not just LTC because if a country allow a cryptocurrency then there is no reason to make the other illegit , and it's great to see now many countries started to allow dealing with cryptocurrencies and even  buying and selling at banks to people can cash their earning whenever they want but taxes still high so far
