Working in a group is a very good idea,but be mindful of those you are willing to work with because at times those you think that will help you are those that will defraud you.

And also make sure those you are willing to work with are exposed to some extent so as to help the team to progress or else the reverse is the case.

I like also that idea. I think in group we can do better than alone. I am also in favor of group work. I think it is beneficial secession to work in group. As you describe a group member can receive more profit than he works alone.

Is a nice idea to have a plan for development but what I want us to understand is most of the times you don't just trust people just like that if a matter is arise you need to make research and investigation to know how true or how sure the issue is before you start to develop interest in it
