Если действовать по твоей твоей тактике то шанс получить положительную репутацию больше, так как в новую тему заходят больше людей. Но тебе нужно быть аккуратнее ведь если тему создал человек либо не знающий правил либо не знал что тема как у него уже есть, то тему вместе с твоим постом удалят. Я выбираю тему по которой у меня есть знания и опыт и желательно что бы тема уже была месяц

I will tell you that the topic on which you are replying, you should try to do a lot of work on the topic on which you reply, few people would have responded that you could educate a lot of good people about it. So, you should always try to comment on a post that has been replies very less.

Whenever I see a post, then I see how it is rated, if its rating works, then I first read it, if it is in full informative , then I like it .If it is not useful, then I comment that man to make it mostly useful.So that when that person writes that post again, it is useful .

dude I never focused on number of replies I just see that the topic is good enough to reply or not ,I found it useful then I replied and also if I have something informative to share but if I have no knowledge about it then I read other people comment to understand it just.

 I think the reason for making comment on less topic is that we can get good reaction from people I think the topic that have less replies and then if you make a reply your post become  prominent to other and other member that come to the topic to make a comment will read your post and give you good reaction so this is a benefit of doing comment on less topic.
