Dear friend before giving negative reputation you should carefully read the post that if you do anything against the forum rule then you give negative reputation to it and if it's post   contain a violence then you should do it otherwise the moderators know the best they  delete those posted that they found useless.

Yes I have seen most of the topics that are informative and useful but still some members rate them negative. So that's totally unfair. We need to support others. Even if they are wrong we need to guide them instead of discouraging them. Only give negative reputation to those who are violating forum rules and regulations.

Yes I agree with you . We should not give bad reputation to good content because it can demotivate them . We should encourage good content as much as we can and if someone is posting useless content he will be removed by moderators so there is no need of us to give him bad reputation.
