Yes we have the right to create any kind of topic. But we don't have the right to criticize any topic. Because everyone is here to learn so we should not then criticize anyone if we find any topic not good we should give our response by answering. But if we find any topic wrong and didn't say anything is not good because this not going to help anyone. So we should always try to make information topic so that everyone can get help from that.
