Creating topics will never allow your posts to be deleted.  When a person tries to use difficult words it just mixes up the sentences and is not clear about his point of view.  But I think it helps readers when you make a simple and understandable post and shows your opinion clearly.

I am agree with you all know how many junior are here so we should care of them and Its also benefit for us we easily understand what any can say or what anyone can as so i think its only not a benefit for beginners its also good for us

Yes it is very important to make your topics in simple and understandable terms. Because not all members have same level of knowledge, using tricky and complex words may lead to them complexities because it is very difficult for them to understand. You should use those terms and words which are very habitual in our daily lives.

If we create topics in simple English then everyone will understand our topic and everyone will comment which will make our topic hot.When the topic becomes hot, we will get  lot of reputation which will result our earning also increase.

Some users created their topics that are having tough language it's wrong because mostly users can't understand it so if all of us created topics in simple language then all users can understand it easily and gave us more likes it's best idea for getting more reputation.
