Using another device (not your device) with your account and your IP address to log in (this does not cause any danger).
But if a second account from the same device is used (it gets blocked).

Yes, this is true. There are so many people who work on this forum via different accounts and they use different devices to have different IP addresses. You can't run different accounts with same IP address because it will cause banning of your account from the forum. But better is to use single account so that you can manage it easily.

Are you defining that one should can login his/her account to it's other devices as well. Means that I have two devices but one account then thus is able to make work from any of them at any time. I should take car that I had never to logins second account who belong to someone else, to my devic. So then there could be warning points.

Thanks for this information. I think there is no problem with changing the IP address, if you want to change your account to another device there would be no problem of getting ban if you haven't signed any other account on that device.

For me, sometimes I log in from my laptop and sometimes from my mobile phone, but the forbidden thing here in the forum is that you have more than one account on the same device or on the same network
