Yes exactly. But this forum is not only for english speaking. If you know russian then you can go to russian section. The amazing fact is that the russian section is more active than the english sections.

You can only communicate by writing correctly and you can only write correctly if you know and understand the language you're writing with. I've seen people write with Arabic and other languages so if you understand those languages I think you should use them rather than write in English that no one will understand

It is not a requirement to be fluent in English but it is better if you know a lot about writing in English because most of the topics here are written in that language. Yes, we should be having knowledge in English and typing skills. I felt so hard to type correctly and it made me tired. Also I was completing first 100 posts, It was the hardest time. Now its all good, I have better typing skills and I know about more topics, So im spending less time for typing and focusing on learning about the topics I dont know.
