That's right, I have seen many comments on topics starts with the idea of topic them move far about something else , although the comment they write still helpful bug it will get deleted since it broke the rules and talk about different idea from the topic and after that people start complaining about getting their posts deleted 

So we should be careful about what we write and make sure we keep talking about topic idea and don't break the rules

Importance of communication language cannot be undermined. Whatever task you are performing it is important that the form of output which is communicating the results is most important. So if you are communicating the results in English language then you have to have command over the language in order to be effective in your communication. One aspect is that you have to have good communication and the other aspect is that while you are posting and keep on posting your English will automatically improve.

When you are writing a post make sure it is relevant and check every word to make sure there is no grammatical blunders because you may get negative reactions and your post may likely get deleted if you don't have much knowledge about english you can search for a particular word on google to know how it is being spelt.

I am new here and i agree with you dear that first of all we have to follow the all rules and regulations of this forum and learn about this forum because its very important to know what we are doing here.Its not all about comments to the topics.It is about the content , what type of content we give to the forum its informative and meaningful.So better is that learn first and then write with full command and safety.

You are right that if we do not write well in English, it will give us a negative reputation and may give us a warning point.So we will post in simple language and without any mistakes.If you write in simple language, everyone will understand.We will make sure that there are no grammatical or spelling mistakes.

Depends on your mind setup, English is not our mother language but we need very carefully and use a correct words in this forum finally we are a put very solid words and create a very effective post it's my opinion.
